Have you been curious what Forest Therapy is all about? Attend this Community Earth Day event and sign up for a FREE 30-minute introductory walk to check it out!

Visit my table, New Dawn Nature Wellness LLC, #15 and get signed up for either the 11:30am-Noon walk OR 1:45pm-2:15pm walk. I will be located near the Neighbor's In New Castle tent and Nina's Ice at Cascade Park.  

This shorter walk will give you a taste of what to expect during a full 2 hour Forest Therapy session. We will begin by slowing down with deep breaths, and a short meditation to help us be fully present for the walk. We will then slowly meander the path and use each of our senses to connect with nature on a deeper level. You will discover how this practice helps to release stress and anxiety, promotes healthy activity, and allows us to absorb the health benefits present among the trees, plants, and water.
